Order Cancellation by Customers
- Before Dispatch:
- Orders can be cancelled free of charge if the request is made before the product has been dispatched. You can cancel your order by contacting our Customer Care team via phone at 09072454030 or emailing us at care@klayurveda.com.
- If the cancellation is successful, you will receive a confirmation email or message, and a full refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
- After Dispatch:
- Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled. In such cases, you may refer to our Returns and Refunds Policy for guidance on product returns and exchanges.
Order Cancellation by KL Ayurveda
KL Ayurveda reserves the right to cancel orders for any of the following reasons:
- Out-of-stock items: If a product is unavailable or out of stock.
- Inaccurate pricing: In case of any pricing errors or discrepancies.
- Suspicious activity: If we suspect fraud or any illegal activity associated with the order.
In the event of such cancellations, you will be informed via email or phone, and a full refund will be processed back to your original payment method.
Refunds
Refunds for cancelled orders will be processed within 5-7 business days. Depending on your payment provider, it may take additional time for the refund to reflect in your account.
