Shipping and Delivery
All purchases are shipped from our respective warehouse using reputed logistics service providers. Please see the expected delivery times below:
Domestic Orders
- All domestic orders are processed within 1 business day (excluding public holidays and Sundays). You can expect delivery within 3-5 business days.
International Orders
- All international orders are processed within 1 business day (excluding public holidays and Sundays). Delivery is expected within 7-10 business days. Currently, we ship to all regions except the EU, UK, Australia, New Zealand, Brazil, Turkey, Lebanon, Pakistan, Ukraine, Israel, and China.
- We offer free international shipping on orders valued at 100 USD or more. For orders below 100 USD, there is a flat shipping charge of 20 USD.
Customs and Handling Charges
Your shipment may be subject to customs duty, import taxes, or other applicable government charges upon arrival in your destination country. Please check the relevant government portals for estimated charges.
Before placing your order, verify the cosmetic laws and regulations in your country.
- These charges must be borne by the customer, and KL Ayurveda is not responsible for them.
- Shipping costs displayed at checkout do not include customs or handling fees.
- If the customer refuses to pay the applicable customs fees at the destination, KL Ayurveda will deduct the full shipping and return duty charges from the order value before processing a refund.
Delivery Hours
Deliveries are made between 10:00 AM and 6:00 PM, Monday to Saturday, excluding public holidays.
All goods require a signature upon delivery. If you cannot sign for the delivery, you may designate someone else (such as a family member, colleague, or neighbour) to sign on your behalf. However, KL Ayurveda is not responsible for deliveries signed by an alternative person.
Shipping Charges
- Domestic Orders: We offer free shipping for all orders within India. Free trial orders are excluded from this offer.
- International Orders: Orders of 100 USD or more qualify for free international shipping. For orders under 100 USD, there is a flat shipping fee of 20 USD.
